For each pest group Pulse states the current position, whether it is moving and how strong the basis for it is, then sets out the drivers behind it. Where the evidence is not yet sufficient, it says so in as many words.

A record is only useful if it can be trusted.

  1. 01Nothing is scored without data.A completeness percentage appears only when a governed audit snapshot exists. Until then, Pulse says what it does not yet know.
  2. 02Audit ready is a judgement, not an inference.Stratton publishes it. The workspace never infers it from the presence of evidence.
  3. 03Indications wait for evidence.Weather and inferred relevance can raise attention. Neither is confirmed until site evidence supports it.
  4. 04A person approves what is published.Interpretation, recommendation and action are reviewed before they reach the client.
  5. 05Every view is recorded.Each workspace is private and access-controlled, and every view of it is recorded for audit.
  6. 06No client is identified to another.Comparison with similar sites waits until enough are under management, and is anonymised and aggregated.
