Who operates this site

This site is operated by Avon Pest Control Ltd, trading as Stratton Environmental Management (“Stratton”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you accept these terms.

Use of this site

The content here is provided for general information about Stratton’s services and operating standard. You may view and share it for your own reference, but you must not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Not a service contract, and no guarantee

Information on this site describes our method and approach. It is not an offer, and it is not a guarantee of any specific outcome.

Any work Stratton carries out is governed by a separate agreement and the recommendations made following a site review.

Stratton Pulse

Stratton Pulse is a separate, access-controlled application at pulse.strattonem.com. Access is issued by Stratton to named users and scoped to their own sites; it is not available by public registration, and these terms do not grant it.

Use of Pulse is governed by the terms issued with that access, not by this page. Information held in Pulse is site-specific and confidential to the client it belongs to.

Enquiries you send us

The enquiry form is for genuine requests about commercial pest-risk management. Please do not use it to send confidential, special-category or security-sensitive information. It is not a secure channel for that, and we will not ask you for it.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and branding of this site, including the SEPOS operating standard and Stratton Pulse, belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our written permission. SEPOS is Stratton’s own operating standard; it is not an accreditation, certification, or third-party scheme.

Accuracy and availability

We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be complete, current, or uninterrupted. The information here is not professional advice for any particular situation.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under law.
